

The excerpted information below was quite helpful in letting me know what I need, but I've spent hours trying to get the Remote Access Directory Number. Is it even available? The customer service people are absolutely no help what so ever.

I don't understand why we could do it when we had a separate account, but can't do it with a combined account. But, no one at at & t has been able to help or even understand what we want to do.

My understanding from what I could find is that we call a number and enter a pin to access that feature. In fact, for 2 days now both he and I have been on the phone with at & t to get instructions on how to do this. Does this make sense? Our phone account is now with U-vers and we have been unable to forward the office phone with remote access. For example, when my boss was not going into the office first thing in the morning, he would use his cell phone to forward the calls from the office phone to his cell phone. When we had two accounts, with the phone account we were able to use remote access for forward calls from the office to another phone. Our business just switched from separate at & t accounts for internet and phone to one account for both business and phone.
